All computers can be identified by a number called an Internet Protocol (IP). When you visit a site, this number is recognized and is recorded by the site visited. This is not considered Personal Information. IPs are of no interest to TSS Enterprises except in determining traffic aggregate or in investigating such abuses as fraud or spam and/or in cooperating with law enforcement. We do not collect Private Information with the purpose of evaluating it for any other individual or entity.

In some instances, such as our online demos, you may voluntarily supply us with contact information, in which case we may use the information to contact you by email with notices of importance, such as upgrades to our softwares, new features, specials and other information. Under no condition will be rent, barter or sell your email address to a third party without your consent or as allowed under this policy.

At this time TSS Enterprises does not subscribe to co-branding or third-party services. If we should do so in the future, you should know that your Personal Information may be passed to these co-branders and/or third party providers and that your Personal Information is subject to their applicable privacy policies.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not require that you provide us with your name, email address or any other Personal Information when you visit our site unless you voluntarily wish to provide it to us.

Purchases

Your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date are required when you make a purchase with us. However, your credit card, and other contact information are not shared or sold or bartered to any third parties for any reason.

It is further our policy to include a link to this Privacy Policy on any of our pages where you provide us with Personal Information.

It is the intention of TSS Enterprises to take all reasonable and appropriate measures at all times to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

TSS Enterprises does not incorporate a shopping cart at this writing, but should we in the future, your Personal Information will be safeguarded by applying an industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate.

TSS Enterprises cannot be responsible for any Personal information you disclose to third party affiliates that do not use SSL software and/or do not offer security in the transferring of information.

Some few pages on the TSS Enterprises include third party links. If you choose to engage those links and visit those sites, you are cautioned that your Personal Information are goverened by their own Privacy Policy and that we cannot be responsible for their information practices. You are well-advised to review the Private Policy of any site you visit before providing your Personal Information.

Personal Information that you provide online -- whether through email, forums, or other conveyance -- can be collected and used by others. Always use discretion in disclosing your Personal Information.

Disclosure to Third Parties

TSS Enterprises cooperates with law enforcement. We will disclose Personal Information and/or IP addresses when required by law or in good faith when we believe that such action is warranted or necessary to:

• Cooperate with investigations of purported unlawful activities and conform to the edicts of the law or to comply with the legal process served on TSS Enterprises;
• Protect and defend the rights or property of TSS Enterprises and related properties, or visitors to TSS Enterprises and related properties;
• Identify persons who may be violating the law, the TSS Enterprises legal notice, the rights of third parties or otherwise misusing TSS Enterprises or its related properties, and
• Fulfill a user�s order request.

TSS Enterprises uses reasonable precautions to keep the information disclosed to us secure. TSS Enterprises reserves the right to transfer all such information in connection with the sale of all or part of TSS Enterprises� capital stock or assets. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties that receive the information. We are not responsible for such third party privacy policies or how they treat information about their users.
