| Refund Policy (as stated in "EULA, TERMS & CONDITIONS and REFUND POLICY"), I have read, understand and agree that refunds are based on OHD software failure, NOT on server issues or lack of features contained in the software. Refunds cannot be issued in those instances where your server does not have MySQL or PHP properly installed. Refunds are provided only after our technical staff has assisted in your installation and the OHD Software fails to function fully. We happily review all individual situations. In no case are refunds made or available after 1 month from purchase date." | |
